Our therapists welcome both individuals and relationships, including queer folks, open relationships, polyamorous relationships, other types of consensual non-monogamous relationships, and families.

* Rates for our Clinic Director, Bruce Avery are different than above.
* Registered Clinical Counsellors hold a master's degree, specialized training, and are covered by most extended health plans.

Payments will be processed using the credit card on file. Receipts are emailed after each session.

If you must cancel/reschedule an appointment, please provide us with 48 hours advanced notice, otherwise the full rate will still apply.

Many major insurance providers cover Registered Clinical Counselling. We will provide an invoice after payment which you can submit for reimbursement. However, please consult with your insurance provider or human resources department to confirm whether or not your benefits plan covers counselling/psychotherapy provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). We are unable to direct bill any third party, including ICBC or CVAP.
